It is unfortunate that over the last years, the travel industry has had to tackle terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, bird flu, swine flu, and the first ever true global economic downturn. Through everything the industry has proven to be powerful, resilient and also dynamic, getting new approaches to deal with difficulty.
